Refund policy

PALMS OUT jewellery is made to be worn every day.

Our pieces are crafted from stainless steel with 18k gold plating. They are tarnish-resistant and waterproof, so you can wear them through daily life — including water and light activity.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, try to avoid direct contact with chemicals like perfumes, lotions, soaps, and hand sanitiser. If it does come into contact, just wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Everyone's skin is different. In some cases, this can affect the colour of gold-plated jewellery over time. Changes caused by wear, chemicals, or skin reactions are not considered faults.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you're not happy with your piece, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Here's how it works:

• Refunds are issued upon receipt of your proof of purchase (invoice) and confirmation of delivery.
• Email studio@palmsout.co.za with your order number, invoice, and a clear photo of the item.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
• Once approved, you'll receive either a refund or an exchange for another item of the same value.
• A flat return shipping fee of R100 will apply.
