Delivery
How much is delivery?
R89 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. Orders of R800 or more ship free.
How long will my order take?
We pack orders within 1–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 working days to main centres and 3–5 working days to outlying areas.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 12 hours to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel or reroute it.
How is my order packed?
Every piece comes in a signature Palms Out pouch, sealed in a padded mailer so it arrives safely. The pouch is made to keep, so your pieces stay protected long after unboxing.
The pieces
What is your jewellery made of?
Every piece has a stainless steel core. Our gold pieces are finished in 18k PVD gold plating, a durable coating bonded to the steel that's far tougher than traditional gold plating.
Can I wear it in the shower or the sea?
Yes. Our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, made to be worn every day. To keep them looking their best, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, soap and hand sanitiser. If that happens, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Is Palms Out for men or women?
Both. The whole range is unisex, designed to be worn by anyone and layered however you like.
What ring sizes do you offer?
Our rings come in sizes 9 and 10. Not sure of your size? See our Size Guide.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Very close. Each stone has its own tone and pattern, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen.
How do I layer pieces?
Start with one statement piece and build around it with simpler chains or links. Mix lengths for necklaces and textures for bracelets. If you want it done for you, The Necklace Stack brings Barcelona, Milan, Palma and Verona together for R1,499, less than buying them separately.
Do you do gifts?
Every order arrives in our signature pouch, ready to give. Spend R800 or more and delivery is free.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, you can choose a refund or an exchange for another item of the same value. A flat R100 return shipping fee applies.
How do I start a return?
Email studio@palmsout.co.za with your order number, invoice and a clear photo of the item. We'll reply with the next steps.
What isn't covered?
Everyone's skin is different, and changes caused by wear, chemicals or skin reactions aren't considered faults. Read our full refund policy.
